Do I have to make an appointment?

Yes, you do. We operate by appointment only. Please visit the appointment tab to make an appointment.

Why is it so hard to get an appointment?

The studio has limited hours and limited artists. At this time, we only have one artist accepting new clients.  We do not have a receptionist and appointments are handled by the individual nail artists.

How much does it cost?

Prices are set by each artist and are based on several factors (time spent, intricacy of design, repairs needed, etc.) Base prices are listed on each artists StyleSeat page.

How long does it take?

Services are high-quality and nail art takes TIME and patience.  Please don’t plan on being rushed in and out. A manicure with nail art can take about 1-2 hours.  A full set of tips/extensions with nail art can take 2 hours or more.

Cancellation Policy

Because Sparkle is a private studio, we don’t take walk-in appointments, which means it is REALLY important to provide at least a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you don’t provide 24 hour notice, a fee will be charged by the artist you booked with.

Can I bring my kids?

It is not recommended to bring children to your appointment. We want to focus all of our time and attention on your nails.
